Praktikumsplätze/ volunteers 2016

Wir bieten zwei Positionen ab sofort an ( English version see below ):

1. Wir bieten einem erfahrenen Reiter (m/ w) ab 18 J. bis

ca. 35 J. eine tolle Chance mit sehr guten Pferden in einem entspannten Umfeld mit sehr netten Kollegen ohne Zeitdruck!

Infrage kommt nur eine Person, die wirklich an der gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung unseres Stalles interessiert ist und sich mit unserem Stil identifiziert.

Wir erwarten ausgezeichnete, höfliche Manieren, die Freude am Training drinnen und insbesondere auch draußen, Erfahrung auch mit unerfahrenen Pferden und der Einstellung, dass überall mit angefasst wird, wo es nötig ist.

Bitte nur Nichtraucher- Vegetarier sind sehr willkommen!

Die richtige Person bekommt jede Unterstützung für eine tolle Karriere im Sattel und rund um´s Pferd.

2. Ab sofort bieten wir wieder einen oder zwei Praktikumsplätze für junge Menschen, die ihre freie Zeit zu excellenter Fortbildung nutzen wollen und bereit sind, dafür auch etwas zu tun.

Falls Sie bereits erfahren mit Pferden sind, zuverlässig, warmherzig, gradlinig und fleißig mit guten Manieren und wirklicher Pferdeliebe, sind Sie bei uns herzlich willkommen!

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen alle Tätigkeiten rund um Pferd und Stall. Sie bekommen die Gelegenheit, dass von uns entwickelte AUTHENTICALS- Trainingssystem in den Grundzügen zu verstehen und anzuwenden. Dabei helfen Ihnen unserere rund 15 vierbeinigen erstklassigen Trainingspartner. Wenn die Leistung stimmt, ist auch eine Turnierteilnahme möglich!

We are offering two positions:
1. Experienced (dressage-) rider who wants to develop with very good horses and top- training. Competing possible in one of the most famous horse areas in the world. Only long term offer for somebody who is interested to bring the barn forward and makes our place his/ her second home.
Very good polite manners, happy to train inside as well as outside, fine with unexperienced horses ( no time pressure at all! ) Open to do all duties (!) around the horses if neccessary- team player! No arrogance, no smoking, vegetarians are very wellcome! The right person will get all support needed for a good carreer!

2. One or two more reliable, warmhearted, friendly and polite volunteers/ fellows to join our team for a period of 3 months or longer. Volunteer should be already well experienced with horses and all duties around them. ( If not yet there is the chance to join our learning programm- fee ).

Helping to take care of our 15 well- trained horses. Riding relaxed inside and outside, preparing for Riding, warming up, taking care of the horses, helping with all stable duties is required.

You will get the unique possibilty to learn about our modern AUTHENTICAL- Trainingssystem on the ground and in the saddle! You will get get lessons up to Dressage Class S ( German standard of riding/ English style of handling the horses) and learn a lot about flatwork and everything about really healthy happy horses! If you are a good rider you get the chance to compete if you like. Vegetarians are very wellcome! Only non- smokers! Please notice: If you are a pure amateur just interested in riding/ training you can sign up for clinics (fee) with your horse or our successful, well trained fourlegged trainers.
